5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY CANCELLATION)

Withdrawal Period: The 14-day withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the Products.

Evidence Required: You are requested to provide clear photographic or video evidence documenting the defect or damage along with your order reference number.
Resolution Options: Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for either a replacement item to be dispatched or a refund to be issued for the affected item. For verified damaged or defective items, physical return of the item is not required provided adequate proof is supplied.
